Ultralight Optics (ULO) UK stands behind our quality and has set standards of reliability, performance, and quality you can expect. Prior to shipping, each item goes through our thorough inspection process for quality assurance.

ULO provides a lifetime warranty on the most valuable parts of our Feather Light LED: the LED and the housing of the LED. The limited warranty of the LED headlight wire and battery pack is 1 year.

The warranty policy on all product lines applies to the customer or original owner who purchased the product for their own use. For international customers, the warranty policy is subject to jurisdictions. The policy is non transferable and is subject to and provided only on the terms and condition set as below.

Warranty policy is activated upon customers’ confirmed item receipts either by tracking number of by postal estimate date. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from ULO, based on ULO sales record of proof of purchase.

Under normal use, any faults or defects in material and workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Replacement for defective parts used may be new or equivalent to new. Warranty policy does not cover any wear and tear, and intentional damages, accidental damages, unintended use, and not following instruction of use. In the case of a complaint of a defective item, the customer must prove that any such defect was present at the time the item was delivered. Any expressed, implied or indicated statements of any defects on the item made by the customer will be inspected throgouhly by our product specialist at ULO. Judgement on repair whether or not it is covered under warranty will remain solely with ULO and our product specialist upon the inspection of the return of the customer’s item.

All repairs must be performed by ULO authorised agents. Any unauthorised attempts to alter or to repair ULO item will void the warranty except by ULO or its authorised representatives.

If a customer would like to initiate a warranty return, they must contact ULO beforehand, quoting their order number. ULO will then provide an address to send the defective items to.
